取締役會の構成
當社では、社內規程に基づき、取締役5～9名、獨立取締役（社外取締役）3名（任期3年/重任可）で構成される取締役會を設置し、取締役の中から、當社全般の業務執行を統括しています。なお、業務執行範囲內において、會社役員損害賠償責任保険に加入しています。
當社では、取締役會の構成員は計9名で、取締役6名、獨立取締役３名(そのうち1名辭任、次期候補)で構成される取締役會を設置し、2021年4月30日から2024年4月29日までに、今期の任期として定めており、「候補者指名制度」を採用し、すべての取締役は株主総會の決議によって選任するものとされています。
